Specialist mortgages

If you need a mortgage for an unusual property, or if your circumstances are complicated, you may need a specialist homeloan.

These range from buy to let mortgages, which are quite common and charged at similar interest rates to residential home loans, to bad credit mortgages which are rare, likely to be more expensive and charge higher mortgage fees.

It can make sense to speak to an independent adviser to arrange a specialist deal for you.

Note that even a specialist adviser may not be able to secure a bad credit mortgage for you, depending on what is available and what your credit record looks like.
