Overseas mortgages

Buying property overseas is extremely popular with British purchasers, both closer to home in France, Spain and Italy, to places further afield such as parts of the US, particularly Florida.

Buying overseas is a very different proposition to buying at home, and you need to make a host of decisions, from what currency you want your mortgage denominated in to whether to use a UK lender or a bank in the country where you are buying.
