Leeds Building Society has launched a number of new five-year fixed rate mortgage deals.
The five-year buy-to-let deal is available up to 70% LTV at a rate of 4.99% from today, the mortgage also allows 10% capital repayments each year without a penalty and includes no higher lending charge. A £199 booking fee and £800 completion fee apply.
The building society has also launched a new fees assisted package at a fixed rate of 5.49% over five years, available up to 70% LTV. This package comes with a free standard valuation, in-house legal services for standard re-mortgages and no completion fee. A £199 booking fee applies.
Phil Coombes, head of intermediary sales at Leeds Building Society, commented: "Our new 5 year buy to let product will attract professional landlords, who may wish to move onto a highly competitive rate and fix their monthly commitments.
"The Society is also benefiting first time landlords, who may require help with up front costs, by offering a market leading fees assisted deal for a 5 year period."
