Abbey to launch fixed rates deals exclusively for FTBs

Abbey for Intermediaries are launching two new fixed rate products exclusively for first-time buyers from tomorrow.

The products include a two-year fixed rate at 5.99%, available up to 90% LTV and a three-year fixed rate at 4.99%, available up to 85% Loan to Value (LTV).

Both deals come with a fee of £99.

The lender is also withdrawing its three-year fixed rate remortgage product at 85% LTV and amending the rates on selected two-year and three-year fixed rate products at 60% and 75% LTV.

Rates will also be amended on its five-year fixed rate products at 85% and 90% LTV and selected two-year tracker products at 75% LTV.

Full applications on all amended and withdrawn products must be submitted by midnight tonight in order to secure a booking on these products.
