Nationwide has reduced rates across its loyalty range for existing customers from today, Wednesday 11 February.

The lender has cut two-, three-, five- and 10-year fixed rate products targeted at existing Nationwide customers by up to 0.50%.

Borrowers with a 30% deposit can now access a 10-year fixed rate at 2.89% with £999 fee or a fee-free equivalent at 2.99%.

At 75% loan-to-value its 10-year fixed rate product with a £999 fee has been reduced by 0.40% to 3.44%. A fee-free version is on offer at 3.54%.

The loyalty mortgages are only available to Nationwide’s existing mortgage customers who are looking to switch between deals.

Rate changes in full:

10-year fixed

• 70% LTV 10-year fixed rate product with a £999 fee reduced by 0.50% to 2.89%.
• 70% LTV 10-year fixed rate product with a £0 fee reduced by 0.50% to 2.99%.
• 75% LTV 10-year fixed rate product with a £999 fee reduced by 0.40% to 3.44%.
• 75% LTV 10-year fixed rate product with a £0 fee reduced by 0.40% to 3.54%.

Five-year fixed

• 60% LTV five-year fixed rate product with a £999 fee reduced by 0.10% to 2.24%.
• 60% LTV five-year fixed rate product with a £0 fee reduced by 0.10% to 2.44%.
• 90% LTV five-year fixed rate product with a £999 fee reduced by 0.20% to 4.04%.
• 90% LTV five-year fixed rate product with a £0 fee reduced by 0.10% to 4.24%.

Three-year fixed

• 60% LTV three-year fixed rate product with a £999 fee reduced by 0.10% to 2.04%.
• 60% LTV three-year fixed rate product with a £0 fee reduced by 0.10% to 2.34%.
• 80% LTV three-year fixed rate product with a £999 fee reduced by 0.10% to 2.64%.
• 80% LTV three-year fixed rate product with a £0 fee reduced by 0.10% to 2.94%.

Two-year fixed

• 80% LTV two-year fixed rate product with a £999 fee reduced by 0.05% to 2.04%.
• 85% LTV two-year fixed rate product with a £999 fee reduced by 0.05% to 2.44%.
• 85% LTV two-year fixed rate product with a £0 fee reduced by 0.05% to 2.84%.
