Precise Mortgages cuts arrangement fees for Halloween

Specialist lender Precise mortgages has slashed arrangement fees to zero on its lowest fixed rates and doubled the cash back on selected remortgage products.
The Halloween Special has rates starting from 2.89% fixed for two years with no arrangement fee at 70% LTV and goes up to 3.39% with no fee at 80% loan to value (LTV).
Both rates revert to a rate of 3.92%.
