Brent is booming
Brent has shown the largest increase of any borough in London over the last 10 years, and boroughs in the North West of the capital have outperformed the rest of London.
In Brent prices have risen 296% in the last decade. Second in the top performing boroughs is Westminster, which has seen house price increases of 289% and Newham came third with an average increase of 280%.
All boroughs bar four rose by over 200% over the last 10 years. Croydon, Greenwich Bexley and Sutton all recorded price increases of between 190% and 199%.
