Coventry refreshes buy-to-let offering
Coventry intermediaries has launched a number of new buy-to-let products, with rates starting at 2.99%.
The lender will offer a 2.99% variable rate Flexx product at 75% LTV with a £250 booking fee, £1,749 arrangement fee and no early repayment charges.
Other products on offer include a two-year fix at 3.19%, available up to 75% LTV with £250 booking fee and £1,749 arrangement fee, plus a 3.49% rate with a lower £749 arrangement fee.
The new product range is available from today, Tuesday 16 September.
Colin Franklin, managing director of Godiva Mortgages, said: “Hot on the heels of our new residential range, we are launching some great mortgages for BTL investors.
“We have competitive two-year fixed rate mortgages with a range of fees, and for those looking for the flexibility of unlimited overpayments and no ERCs, our Flexx for Term range is ideal.”

Coventry has also unveiled plans to donate £5 to the Royal British Legion poppy appeal for each application it receives in September.
