The new range offers Flexx for Term deals with rates starting at 2.65% available at 65% LTV and offset five year fixed rates at 3.35%.

The Flexx for Term product is offered at 2.65% at 65% LTV with a £199 booking fee and a £800 arrangement fee and no early repayment charges.

The mutual is also offering a 3.35% five year fixed rate offset at 65% LTV £199 booking fee with a £300 arrangement fee.

Another option offered is the five-year fixed offset at 3.89% offered at up to an 80% LTV with a £199 booking fee.
