Nottingham Building Society has today launched a range of mortgage products offering free valuations and free legal fees for remortgages.
Residential deals include:
– Two-year fixed rate at 4.94%, available up to 90% LTV
– Two-year fixed rate at 4.09%, available up to 85% LTV
– Two-year fixed rate at 2.79%, available up to 70% LTV
– Three-year fixed rate at 3.04%, available up to 70% LTV

– Three-year fixed rate at 3.04%, available up to 70% LTV
Discount mortgages:
– Two-year discount mortgage at 3.99%, available up to 85% LTV
– Two-year discount mortgage at 3.49%, available up to 80% LTV
All of the above deals include a £199 booking fee and £800 arrangement fee. The discount products include no early repayment charges.
Buy-to-let deals:
– Two-year tracker (TMR + 3.49%) at 3.99%, available up to 75% LTV
Fees on the buy-to-let range include a £499 upfront booking fee and £1,500 arrangement fee.
