Large loan range launched by Furness BS
The mutual has introduced new products exclusively for borrowers who need a homeloan of £300,000 to £500,000
A new range of large loans has been launched by Furness Building Society.
The deals are available to borrowers who want a mortgage between £300,000 and £500,000 and have at least 25% of the property’s value to put down as a deposit or equity stake.
The two-year discounted rate mortgage is priced at 1.4% and comes with a fee of £1,499.
The three-year discount deal is 1.75% and has a £999 fee.
Both mortgage products are free of any Early Repayment Charges.
